I am a Mechanical Engineer who loves to learn & applies the latest technologies into my day to day job and becoming an Inventor, Author, and Public speaker.

I am leading the team to research and automate the CAD\CAE design, energy laboratory testing applications, and retail marketing process flow in the Schneider Electric R&D Innovation department.

I am handling the projects from various energy products, including Motor Control Centers, Busways, Switch Boards, Wiring devices, and Final Distribution products.

I am implementing my domain knowledge such as Machine Learning, Extended Reality (AR & MR), CAD Automation, CAE Automation, Graphics Automation, Software development, Mobile Apps Development, Web development, and more.

I started working at Milacron Global Technology Center - India., to support Injection molding machine design and production drawings delivery to the US clients.

I began to explore Creo plug-ins development, and I developed my skills in CAD geometry data extraction, graphical transformations, 3D generation, and 2D drawing modules with the Creo Toolkit & VB API.

I successfully developed various CAD applications for CAD design analysis, quality validation, and process automation, and those applications deployed into international clients.

I have switched my designation from a Machine design engineer to a software developer to explore more opportunities in the automation from various domains.

As a software developer, I developed some web applications to track drawing delivery quality and design engineer's KPI index. I also worked on Sales data analytics and automation projects. I got excellent exposure to Injection Moldings Sales insights.

I was a stack developer who managed to deliver end to end web applications.

I started my profession as an engineer in the R&D New Product Development department at Machine Tools Division, Lakshmi Machine Works Limited - Coimbatore.

I was working in the end to end product development of CNC - Vertical Machining Center. I have learned and applied the domain knowledge such as Machine Design, FEA structural analysis, Hydraulic & Pneumatic routings.

I got good exposure on core engineering skills such as design for machining, casting, fabrication, and assembly. I have also worked on various machine elements design such as LM Guide, Ballscrew, Bearings, Spindles, ATC, Belts, and more.
